    Impeccable CS - warranty claim!

    So, after 3 years my favorite Lelo toy died - fair enough! I went to customer service for tips. Valerija helped me from the start till the end - an angel on Earth. She helped me sort out product registration (I hadn't done that before), then file a warranty claim (Lelo offers it for 10 YEARS!) and managed the claim herself, since I had already been in touch with her. Better management than the immigration office, I'll tell you that lol. Having a dedicated person to solve the issue was amazing and so hassle-free. She sorted me out and got my warranty coverage - now got my replacement toy on its way at 50% off - WAY more generous than most brands out there, imo. Anyway, I adore Lelo toys and have been a faithful customer since 2020. I've gifted SONA toys to 4 of my friends and they all love it. So, enough said! Thank you for your help Valerija and love to Lelo!

    Patient, effective, and quick service.

    I’ve had a few interactions with customer service, not because of any problems I’ve had with the company or products, but regarding questions about products and an issue I had with the actual shipping carrier. Every interaction has been 5/5 in terms of timeliness, help, patience, and wonderful service. I goofed up when putting in my address resulting in a RTS. I contacted the company who started preparing a replacement shipment before they even received the return shipment. I’ve never had a company do that for me before. I’ve place three orders thus far and each order has come quickly. Customer service responds faster than expected. Each interaction I’ve had has had less than a one day turnaround.

    Simply the Best

    1. Products: the Sona 2 is so incredible one of the first things I bought after a house fire was a replacement. I have also owned one of their insertables for years, Those aren't really for me, but absolutely seems like it would be for someone who enjoys that. The battery life is great. 2. Customer service: so I messed up and accidentally ordered two of that replacement, and they were able to pull it for me (absolutely uncommon in retail - usually you have 2 hours AT BEST), and refunded me for the accidental second one immediately. 3. Packaging: I saw a complaint about packaging. I live in the USA, this came from the USA, and was so discreet that I was nervous to open it.

    Definitely one of the best customer…

    Definitely one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. One of the LELO products I got stopped working. I got it from a third party site, so I was nervous that they won’t help me. But they did! They created a claim and instructed me on how to get a 50% discount for the next product. Their customer rep Deni was amazing - patient and effective and super nice! She patiently guided me through all the complicated steps so that I can get 50% off the new order. I will never order from a third party again - will always work directly with LELO from now on. Even if other sites have better prices, this level of customer service is unbeatable!

    Can I give Lelo zero stars?

    Received a defective Dot in February 2024. Immediately contacted customer service. They instructed me how to plug in and charge the device. The battery was defective, no amount of charging was going to fix that. They asked me to go through the one year warranty process for a product which was received in a defective state. I refused. I don’t want my defective dot replaced with another defective dot. I would like a refund. They have lost a customer for life. Do not buy their products. Their customer service is terrible and the quality of their expensive merchandise is worse. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge on my card. Will this ever be resolved? Do the right thing LELO and refund me for the defective product you sold me. I would really like to stop wasting my time on this.

    Warranty experience

    The warranty process was very easy to follow and a replacement Loki Wave was delivered within ten days. I did not have to return the device, but did process it for battery recycling (take it apart). Excellent service and the customer service rep (Nika) was excellent to work with. The Loki Wave is an excellent experience and I'm happy to have a replacement. Thank you Lelo!!!

    High Class Customer Care

    I had an issue with the product that I purchased online. Everything was great with the ordering process. The ease of shopping online, the discreet delivery, everything, except the product. I reached out to the Lelo customer service team and explained the issue. The customer service agent that I worked with was AMAZING. They were very responsive and answered my questions without judgement in addition to working to find a good solution to the issue. I ended up having to return the product and a replacement was sent in a timely manner. I really appreciate all the work Lelo customer service put into making my experience easy and smooth. Cheers!

    Issues show the true company values

    I had a very strange experience where the order I received was not the items that I ordered. Ana was also confused as to how that happened, but was extremely professional and helpful in getting the issue resolved. I always hesitate when I have to reach out to companies as you never know until there is a problem how good they really are. I knew Lelo was great during 'normal' business, but Ana showed that they are stellar when there is a problem. She was very communicative about what was happening, what she needed from me, and what Lelo was going to do. I was thrilled to work with her as I felt heard and my problem was resolved.

    Lelo= Fantastic products + Exceptional customer care!

    I’ve been a fan of Lelo’s products for many years. Their designs are always sexy and elegant, and IMO their qualities are the best among many other high end brands that I’ve used ( wevibe, leaf +, etc). And my recent experience with their customer care specialist, Deni has gained the company even more respect and loyalty from me! When I first reached out to them regarding the possibility of purchasing a spare part, I didn’t expect much. Then the next day they really surprised me with a kind response...     Great Customer Service Team

    I had to contact customer service due to a small mixup when placing my order that resulted in me not receiving a confirmation email. The customer service team was extremely helpful, polite and willing to explain everything in detail. They were unable to resend a confirmation email due to the system, but they ensured me they would provide me with updates about the order as they were received. Without me having to follow up with them, they reached back out to me and provided me with all updates and tracking information a few days later.

    Amazing support

    Amazing support. Been their customer since 2017, and never had any issues before. Delivery is fast, product quality top-notch. Just recently had my first issue, the package arrived damaged and the product was faulty. They picked it up with a courier within a couple of days and immediately sent a replacement with express mail. They even sent a different product type at my request as a replacement (both cost the same). Bottom line, their support is super good!!

    I originally bought the INA Wave 1 from…

    I originally bought the INA Wave 1 from a local store. It was much louder after using it one time, & in the store the model wasn't that loud. (Which is why I bought it in the first place). I returned it to LELO, thinking there was something wrong w/it. The replacement was the LELO INA Wave 2, which was even worse. I'd wished I'd kept the first one, but no one told me that was just how loud they were. They didn't have any of the #1 model, so they sent me the 2. It recently quit working for no apparent reason, so they sent me a new one. It is EXTREMELY LOUD! Way worse than the other two I had. I won't be able to use it, & get much out of it that way. I'm not happy with this product, & they won't let you exchange for anything else, even if it's of lesser value. With the help of the salesperson I originally bought the first one; I think I just ended up getting one of their most faulty items. They are not all the same; some are loud, & others are extremely loud,,,of the same model!! I was thinking of trying one more of their other products, but I don't want to waste more $ on something, especially with those prices.

    AVOID Lelo

    There are nearly infinite competitors offering nearly identical products. There are only two reasons to buy Lelo products which are over twice as expensive on average: quality and service. The quality is uneven. Some have been good, some quickly die. The service is beyond miserable. Recent order never delivered. No response to email or submission on the contactink on their website. Avoid this a company. I reversed the charge from my credit card company.

    Defective product and no refunds

    I bought 2 products from Lelo for a special event and they arrived on Feb1. Both were defective and I called them the next day to request a replacement . I have still not heard from them and I will not get my replacement in time for the event so they are no longer needed. I never used these items, just charged them. I would like a refund, but they refuse. Judging by the quality of the products that I received and the poor customer service, I would highly advise not to purchase anything from this company.
