When I unpacked the radial fan, I noticed that one of the included accessories was broken.
I emailed Globaltools. Without reply for some days I called their customer support.
To make a long story short, after a number of calls and emails with photos of the broken part mounted on the fan with the included fasteners. Globaltools accused me of lying by claiming that the broken part was from something else. Globaltools just closed the issue without an excuse, but instead claimed that I should be grateful to have received a broken accessory.
Be prepared on trouble if you buy from Globaltools if you are not lucky to get a correct delivery from the beginning. Disappointed!
Globaltools will probably answer to this feedback that this part should not have been included in the package from the beginning, this is evidence of their lack of knowledge of what the sell and the non-existent customer service.
