    Worst customer service in the history of the planet

    The worst customer service in the history of the planet. Not only they dont reply to emails but their call center only works for 1 hour a day and you have to stand in a queue for at least 45 minutes.

    They never do anything unless you call them, and I had to call them 4 times to process my refund. That's approximately 3 hours of my life wasted on nothing.

    I don't recommend buying from here.

    Unfortunately, have the same experience! They are the worst!

    Aweful service, very dissatisfied!

    Unfortunately, I have had really a bad experience.
    Originally, I wanted to buy a certain pool that wasn't in stock and the delivery would take 5-6 weeks so I went for a bigger pool that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
    I made an online order on June 2nd, with the latest delivery at the end of June.
    There was no update on the order at the end of June, just that it's still being processed.
    Of course we want to be able to use the pool in the summer!
    July was over and I tried emailing on many occasions but only thing I received was an auto-generated reply that they will get back to me soon. However, no reply for a week. Tried to call but their customer service is from 10-11.30 weekdays. When calling exact at 10.00 very often I got an answering machine saying that there and many callers and to try later! Unbearable!!!!
    Finally I got a 2 sentenced reply to my mail saying there is a delay on the order, do you still want to proceed. When asking when it would be delivered, a simple answer came sometime in August. No date, no sorry for the delay no offer of compensation!
    In the middle August, with no update on the pool I cancelled the order via email, as it was impossible to call!
    No reply except they will get to touch soon. A week after I got a notification about a delivery. So summer is over but pool has finally arrived (after the order was cancelled!).
    Called many times and was happy enough to be able to get to the calling queue, around number 27 ( assuming the max is 30, then too many who call).
    However, I waited around 1 hour fearing their customer service hours would be over!
    Never got a straightforward answer, yes, some financial compensation would be possible. After a hussle and waiting hours on the phone, got compensation promise of 350 kr (the transport fee!). Yes, sounds fair when you buy a pool for nearly 12500 kr.
    Anyway, needed to call 3 more times before I got the amount of less than 3%!
    Long story short, the worst service ever. Will never ever order anything again! Now summer is over and I'm stuck with a pool that I cannot use now.
    Just dreading the hussle to open the package and see there is a manufactualse and I will try to send it back.
    But hey! Let's stay positive! I could have had order windows or doors and get them maybe before Christmas!
    Really extremely disappointed.
