    STAY AWAY! FALSE MARKETING! USED CLOTHES WITH SPOTS! NO REFUND!

    I ordered a pair of trousers that were marketed as being of beige color. The picture showed them in beige and the fit as regular fit. I received a pair of ugly super-white baggy trousers, in a weird polyester fabric that has the feel of the kind of fabric you would find on the sail of a sailing boat! On top of that I discovered a 4 x 2 inch big yellow spot on the front of the trousers. And all that Light in the Box offers me is a lousy 10% discout on future purchases, instead of refunding me my money back to me. I say no thanks to the 10% discount on future purchases, because there won't be any future purchases from this cheated customer. I would never ever order anything from a company that treats its customers in this disgraceful manner! Stay away from them! They put a pair of used, ugly trousers that do not at all fit the description or the image, without any tags attached ROLLED up in a a careless manner in a pastic bag (not even nicely folded!) and charged me $26 for it. No tags attached to it even. And the big yellow spot is further evidence of that they've sent me a used item. Frankly, if someone would gift me this pair of trousers, I would just throw them in the trash. I wouldn't even consider donating them to a charity. They're just too plain ugly! When offered to click on "accept to keep item and receive 10% discount for future purchases", and rejecting this offer, I was taken to a form in which I was asked to describe why I wanted to return the item, upload a picture of it, and so forth. When clicking on the "submit for review button", nothing happens. It seems to be just a dummy form. There is no way of contacting the company - no phone number and no email. Just a dummy form which takes you nowhere! It wouldn't surprise me if a vast number of all the good reviews here are fake! It's an extremely foolish approach by a business to treat its customers this way. I was planning on purchasing a painting from them for well above $140. But that will of course not happen now. So one could say that I ended up almost $30 poorer because of their dishonesty, but that they lost $130 because of it! Not very smart of them, right?
