Absolutely Terrible in every manner
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. The promised service didn't deliver from day one. To get in contact with the support service, I had to wait at least an hour. It has until this date been one month since I complained and still has Ownit to do anything. They have offered no follow-up emails, no technicians, nothing to solve the problem with the connection. Absolutely dreadful company policy and I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.
Update; since the reply from Ownit I have been informed my case won't be handled for another five workdays. This is the fifth time I've been told this after waiting in a total of seven hours in line to reach customer service. Ultimately, resulting in over a month of complete passive behavior from Ownit.
Second update; It has now passed seven weeks since I reported the problem with a serious connection problem which makes it impossible to utilize the service. Nothing has happened from Ownit, absolutely nothing! Even the staff I've been talking to, after waiting for hours in the queue, doesn't offer an explanation why the constant passivity. The worst company I have ever come across and I can only warn others to avoid this one. Chose Comhem, another service provider, or simply live without wifi. Everything is better than being reliable on Ownit.
