Damaged goods and no customer call centre...
Eventually got delivery of my door after 11 days, to find that the door was damaged (not due to transport as was inside undamaged box).
Not possible to get hold on phone as call centre only open between 10-12, which always get message: try again later due to high volume. When I call at exactly 10:00, then land # 24 in queue at 5 secs past 10:00! Which after 1 hour on hold gets disconnected!
no replies to email either.
Shocked to realise a company operates this way.
AVOID AT ALL COST!
