WARNING - never use KIWI, the company is a fraud and you will not be able to get your money back once you have paid them!
There should be an option to not even give a single star on Trustpilot - KIWI deserves exactly zero stars...
Our story:
We paid in 2022 +7.000,- SEK for flight tickets to a summer weekend in Budapest (from Friday to Monday), which is a lot of money for us.
A couple of weeks after we have paid KIWI in full we are informed by KIWI that the flights are changed.. The new departure is the day before and arrival home is the day after what we had planned and paid for. As we due to work, need for extra hotels etc are unable to travel on those days we have to refuse this change.
Guess what then happens... Instead of being refunded the amount we had paid for the tickets (+7000 SEK) we get a message from KIWI that we are provided socalled Kiwi point to use within 2 years w a value off app 100 sek!
Obviously I was the sucker this time... please anyone out there - don't make the same mistake I did...
