Pure scam. Highly illegal!
Bought a re-bookable flight from them. The flight company changed the schedule and the only way to accept the changes or to change the travel date was to talk to the travel agent to do it. But supersavertravel.se never answers the phone calls. (Right now it's been 1 hour and 44 minutes since I am on hold and listen to nice music.) The chat is useless. Every time I try to contact them there I get a message saying that the chat is full and no more discussions can be started. They never answer the emails either. Wonder why the authorities do not do anything. Highly illegal and just unbelievable.

En vecka efter att supersavertravel.se tog mina pengar två gånger för samma flygbiljetter, det enda som jag fått är ett mail om att jag är i "återbetalningskön". Inget svar till min fråga angående vad exakt betyder det...
Med andra ord, de ska betala pengarna tillbaka en vacker dag, med sol och 25 grader i havet. Inget vet vilket år.
I’m in that same situation now. Bought a re-bookable ticket. And so I called them because I needed to do just that, re-book to a different date. After 3h waiting on the phone they answered and helped me re-book. I also paid the extra money for the difference of the tickets. They said I’d have confirmation within 24h. When I got it they hadn’t changed the dates, it was still the old ticket. Called them again and waited another 2h. When they finally answered they kept tossing me back and forth between bad speaking operators. I also tried chatting with them but they just told me to call. It’s now been 13 days since my first phone call and I still don’t have my ticket but Supersavertravel still has my money. I’ve been calling every day since but I can’t get anyone to answer me properly or to book my tickets that I paid for. I’m now forced to buy brand new tickets for the same dates but through the flight company instead. Meaning Supersavertravel stole my money and I can’t seem to get them back. Also the flight company can’t understand why the travel agency don’t confirm my booking. According to them they can see my tickets but the agency has canceled them instead of booking them, and it’s not because there aren’t any available seats… there are plenty left. And even tho I’ve called over 15 times no one at Supersaver can answer me on why they don’t book the ticket. Absolutely chocking how a company like this is still allowed to be in business.
Wish I’d done some review searches before purchasing from them.
