The worst customer service EVER.
We paid for check in no problems, since it didnt work due to technical error. They told us to instead check in at the airport, and so we did. We then had to pay 250 EURO to get our boardingpasses at the airport.
They now refuse us a refund and Ryanair cant help us since we didnt book direct with them.
They didnt contact us with any information in regards to this technical error so I had to try and get in touch with them.
