Hats, caps and gloves

Total scam. I ordered hats and gloves in july. Package was delivered but one pair of mechanix gloves were missing. No documentation inside delivery on items or anything. So I contacted the service and made a report. The support forum is behind customer login and no correspondence is sent to Email to notify any reply. So the emailing went back and forth till september. Then they started to request photos of the deliverybox. That I didn't have anymore. Not a word off photos of the box before sept. But then they closed the support on my order with the answer that I didn't supply a photo of the deliverybox within 48hrs in september 26th to 28th. Days I didn't know were crucial all of a sudden. So since I hadn't provided photos of a deliverybox. And since it was over two months since delivery and I didn't keep the box. I was not obliged to get any more help. I guess the support was tired of my tenacity on getting my missing gloves ($35.) So customer service made up a rediculous rule that I didn't provide any photo within a then set time frame. Tradeinn.com and the departments are a SCAM if you ask me. They scammed me for $35.. And the customer support is just deplorable.. DO NOT SHOP WITH tradeinn.com
