I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with Easystaff company and their exceptional customer support team. From the moment I reached out with my question, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Their commitment to resolving my issue (even after Business Hours and during the weekend) promptly was amazing! This service improves our business
Our company has been using EasyStaff service for about half a year now. We are happy to see that functionality, interface and usability of their services are constantly improving. The staff provides competent and friendly support through out entire cycle starting from account registration all the way to the workflow fulfillment and receipt of the supporting documents. Payment transactions and currency conversion are carried out without delay which is a bottleneck for many similar services these days. The conversion rate is reasonable, but there is a room for improvement. Most of our contractors find the service quite user-friendly and much easier to use. We may confidently recommend the EasyStaff to anyone with diversified resource and task allocation pool.
Great service and Excellent support
I started using the EasyStart service in March 2023. After a whole year of use, everything works at the highest level! Pros: 1. Fast withdrawal of funds (1-2 days when withdrawing to a card, and now SBP at the speed of light); 2. Very responsive and fast support (they will really help you here, and they won't send you template answers); 3. Excellent and detailed Help Center on the website (EasyStart); 4. Interesting and fun general chat in Telegram (EasyChat - Start Busy Staff; Although I do not take part in discussions, it is interesting and fun to read). I hope that EasyStart will only grow and improve! And of course I wish the service more popularity! :)
The best alternative service for accepting payments
These guys are saving me! They offered me the best terms of cooperation. Customer support always responds quickly and was able to solve all questions and problems. For two months, I accepted a lot of payments from both individuals and legal entities. Technical support listens to requests and regularly adds new features for convenience to your personal account. Very low fees for receiving payment and no fees for the payer.

I would like to thank the EasyStaff team for their help! I needed help with withdrawing funds from the platform to a Russian card. The fire manager responded instantly and helped me with everything, they were very polite! The money came instantly to the card. I am very happy that I found out about this service! CAUTION with this service!!!
CAUTION with this service!!! I have been using this service for 8 months. Despite the fact that they have huge commissions, I was pleased that I could accept the payment without other problems. BUT during the last payment there was a refusal, the money was returned to the account and it is not clear why a huge commission was taken. They could not explain to me the reason for the return of the money and could not even tell me how the money was transferred to me. They send money through correspondent banks, through which there is no guarantee that your money will arrive at all. No receipt, no documents. They didn't know where some of my money went. They deleted my account. lol. After that, having learned that they actually did not have a guarantee, I refused this service. UPDATE after the Easy Staff's answer: First of all, I'm just telling people about my experience, it is not my goal to mislead them. Secondly, in the documents that were sent, the reason was that the correspondent bank sent incorrect data. that is, in the first request they sent one price, in the second they confirmed another. It's their mistake. accordingly yours. Thirdly, I asked “how can I delete my account?”, and did not ask for it to be deleted. But since you screwed up, you immediately deleted it so as not to have to answer to me.
I received payment well
I received payment from my Asian customer for market research through an invoice service and transferred the money successfully. It is possible to withdraw in crypt or in currency to foreign cards. They take a commission of 6%, which is very good at the moment. There is no subscription fee. Managers are always online and ready to support you in all questions or situations. You can bravely use it.
Thank you for fast and quality service
I am a freelance graphic designer and work with clients all over the world. These guys just bail me out. It's very easy to create an invoice and accept payment via Stripe. Service fees are very small compared to others, my clients don't pay any fees. And all issues through the attached manager are resolved very quickly. Thank you!
Easy to use and great service
I've been using this site for almost 6 months now, and it's been a great experience. Quick paymetns, quick withdraws, easy interface, USD/EUR currency for invoicing and a quick replies from a support. No fees for a payer and reasonable fees for a freelancer. Overall a great experience, totally would recommend.

That’s a really nice platform. Maybe perfect solution for freelancers and those who’s not able to be a tax resident of the country where (s)he works remotely.
