Non Domestika N'EST PAS une arnaque !
Non Domestika n'est pas une arnaque. Oui c'est vrai qu'ils prélèvent 91euros suite à un achat chez eux, mais Amazon fait la même chose avec Prime ! Si vous ne dîtes pas non, c'est oui ! Il suffit d'aller dans les paramètres de votre compte et d'annuler l'abonnement et de demander un remboursement. Ce que j'ai fais et j'ai été remboursé le surlendemain de ma demande !! Donc pas de panique avec ça, ce sont des techniques de ventes qu'ont de nombreuses marques... Il faut faire un peu attention. Par contre, je trouve que Domestika est une magnifique plateforme de cours d'arts créatifs et numériques, avec des cours de grande qualité, de belles vidéos et les traductions sont très bonnes, surtout pour des cours en anglais. Merci Domestika pour tous ces cours !

I have been using this website for a while now, I purchased great courses from really talented artists. Recently ran into this subscription hiccup but it all got sorted. Now the website is transparent about the subscription it is right under the pay button. This hiccup won't stop me using the website, full of great courses from brilliant artists and craftsmen. I would recommend it to anyone who wish to learn new things.

Im in my 70,s and signed up for the plus account unknowingly, this cost 98 dollars But a lovey lady returned the money , and all is well. The courses I have taken are top class, and a fantastic resource for my age, as they are very very reasonable. long may they prosper. Thanks Domestika
Aufpassen - sonst hat man ein stillschweigendes Jahres Abo für 100 Euro
Achtung! Ich habe einen einzigen Kurs gekauft. Ohne Vorwarnung wurden plötzlich 98$ abgebucht und mir mitgeteilt, dass ich nun eine Domestika Plus Mitgliedschaft habe. Man wird nicht wirklich darauf hingewiesen und früher (hatte schonmal einen Kurs gekauft) war das auch nicht so. Man kann die Plus Mitgliedschaft der Zeit weder im Domestika Account stornieren, was wohl mal ging - nur kündigen und mit Paypal diskutiere ich nun auch herum, so einen Mist braucht kein Mensch ! Eigentlich sollte Paypal das bei der Unmenge an Fällen anstandslos durchwinken es ist zum K***, so schade dass eine Künstlerplattform solche Methoden anwendet um sich Abonommenten zu sichern.
Fraude 95.97€ de Domestika Plus sem o meu consentimento
Roubaram-me a anuidade de um serviço o qual não solicitei! Não quero Domestika Plus nenhum! Quero que me devolvam o meu dinheiro que foi retirado sem consentimento. Apoio ao cliente péssimo, não direto e que dá sempre a mesma resposta! No gerenciamento não há botão para opção reembolso!!! Quero já o reembolso, estou nisto há 18 dias!!

Di recente ho affrontato un problema profondamente preoccupante con Domestika e sento il dovere di condividere la mia esperienza con gli altri. Dopo essermi iscritto a una prova gratuita di Domestika Plus per €5,99, mi è stato addebitato inaspettatamente un abbonamento annuale di €94,68 senza il mio esplicito consenso o conferma. (Ho cancellato il mio abbonamento prima che la prova finisse). Quello che è seguito è stata una frustrante serie di email senza risposta e risposte automatiche dal team di assistenza clienti di Domestika, lasciandomi completamente ignorato. Nonostante le innumerevoli email inviate, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta da Domestika. Ogni email che ho inviato sembrava scomparire nel nulla, accolta solo con silenzio e indifferenza... Ho chiamato la mia banca per assistenza. Fortunatamente, hanno avviato un'indagine sul pagamento non autorizzato. Senza alcuna comunicazione da parte di Domestika, la mia banca ha recuperato con successo i fondi a mio nome, risolvendo definitivamente il problema. Tuttavia, al momento di recarmi in stazione di polizia per presentare una denuncia, ho scoperto che la mia banca aveva già preso misure per annullare il pagamento non autorizzato senza necessità di una denuncia. È stato un completo spreco di tempo. Dal invio di email, alla lettura delle esperienze altrui, alla visita in stazione di polizia, al recarmi in banca, al bloccare la mia carta e all'attesa di una nuova carta, l'intero processo è stato lungo e frustrante. Non ho mai ricevuto una sola risposta genuina da Domestika! Alla luce della mia esperienza, ritengo sia fondamentale avvertire gli altri dei rischi associati all'interazione con i servizi di Domestika. La loro mancanza di risposta, responsabilità e standard di base del servizio clienti sono profondamente preoccupanti e non dovrebbero essere sottovalutati. Se ti trovi in una situazione simile, non perdere tempo a scrivergli. Non rispondono alle email e non si preoccupano della tua situazione; sono truffatori. Invece, FAI QUESTO: sospendi la tua carta, contatta la tua banca per segnalare il problema e, se necessario, presenta una denuncia alla polizia. Poi, fornisci le informazioni necessarie alla tua banca e alla fine recupererai i tuoi soldi.
Addebbiti non riconosciuti di 91,68€
Stamane nel verificare i movimenti della mia carta ho trovato un addebbito da parte di quest'azienda di 91,68€, non ho richiesto alcun abbonamento, ho verificato anche nelle sezioni del profilo se eventualmente si fosse attivato qualcosa, ma niente. Li ho contattati tramite email (e trovare un email di contatto non è stato affatto semplice), attendo risposta ed esigo il rimborso di questo addebbito. In caso contrario procederò per vie legali.

He querido comprar un curso, pero siempre antes de comprar algo en la web, busco opiniones y me he encontrado con estas. He ido a la web de domestika y he simulado una compra, efectivamente aparece lo de plus a 0€, y en el carro de compra le he dado a eliminar la prueba plus gratuita, creo que así ya no estás en riesgo de que se te olvide cancelar la suscripción, porque de lo contrario si que te cobraría. La suscripción anual. Espero sirva de ayuda

Charged me for membership when I had already cancelled the trial period. Contacted them about it, and there is no customer service. They send automated messages or don’t get back to you. I even left a voice mail twice and nobody contacted me.
SITO TRUFFA
Comprato corso per 10,99 e dopo un mese mi vedo addebitato l'importo di 95 € sul conto. Purtroppo non ho consultato Trustpilot prima di fare l'acquisto altrimenti sarei stato alla larga da questo sito. La somma non è rimborsabile e il modo in cui viene motivato il prelievo lo trovo fraudolento. Questi siti andrebbero segnalati e bloccati. Sono riuscito a completare metà corso ma dopo questo fatto il mio approccio mentale verso questa piattaforma non è il migliore all'apprendimento.
Underhanded
Used to be great, now they have quietly changed the fine print and made it so that a very expensive subscription goes out when you buy a £6 course. They kept it very quiet and a result a lot of decent people are out of pocket. The courses are good but this company are underhand and fraudulent. Get what you need from you tube. for free.
Sneaky ways of taking money
Like so many others I purchased the courses I wanted, then was sneakily signed up to a $99US subscription that I do not need nor want. There was no warning that the "trial period" was about to end giving me the opportunity to cancel I was just advised by PayPal that I'd made a payment. It's hard to contact them and then you receive automated responses, if any at all. In the first instance, I was advised I could claim a refund "exceptionally" via a non existent link. They have since ignored all my emails. I have a PayPal dispute open but from other's experience I am not hopeful. I feel sorry for the artists who are now linked to this unscrupulous company. I have purchased courses from them in the past with no trouble, but now they are taking advantage of their customers. Buyers beware.

Es increíble que sean promotores de la Inseguridad y la Ilegilidad en compras en internet. Debitaron la suscripción a PLUS sin NINGUNA autorización. No hay nadie que responda. Hasta aquí me llegó el interés en continuar. NO COMPREN ES UNA ESTAFA
