Package was never shipped and no one replied
I made an order and received the order confirmation but nothing else. It has now been 12 days since I've made my order but no shipping confirmation has been received yet. I have also sent them 5 emails by now and have not received a single response. They have replied on this to reach out to their support team, which I've done 5 times already, with no result. This is ridiculous.

Worst possible support
Worst possible support, they dont care to open your case nor to reply, after 7 days of waiting, no reply, no answer, no resolution for my case. Not possible to get in touch with support.

Att dom inte skäms för att de inte följer konsumentköplagen och kundservicen är ju urusel,får ingen hjälp alls!
