I received once a month 1 ReJuve cream. It was a good cream. But to my surprise I did not receive anz cream in nov/dec. To my astonishment instead of the cream I received a "Betalningspåminnelse". The cream was usually packed together with a facture. This time I neither got the cream nor a facture and shall pay an extra fee.
If this is the way you treat customer, then without me. I shall pay the fee, because i don´t want troubles, but I shall NEVER, never again order anything.
I can buy my products from a serious shop. Cash prices are often
better - you know where and can eventually go back - if something is not OK.
Sorry, you have lost me - rightaway - as a customer.
